They sell the products here, but no spare parts and can not see, where to buy.

As avid hobbyist, I have the same problem with many elements. When you find someone who is willing to sell some time online at the shipping and handling fees on the prices of the rooms can you buy a new unit. Go figure. I have tried to buy a new bag electric lawn blower / VAC. The bag was $ 30. S / H $ 29 I bought a new suit for $ 54 at Walmart. LOL
My advice would be to try to find a generic replacement glass, or replace the entire unit.
