Do I have breast cancer? - do i have breast cancer

Hello to all
IM 14 and I am very concerned that this might have breast cancer, I recently found a lump in my breast, and both, in one of the nodes in the chest are much larger than the others have, i dont really care in other symptoms but I am very scared please help? Nodes are painful if you touch, in both breasts.
